How Prints Philippines is adapting to Covid-19?

Prints Philippines works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on.

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Do you offer product customization?

    Yes! All our products are customizable.

    How much is your Nationwide Shipping?

    Our nationwide standard shipping rate is ₱200 via LBC or JRS Express. Rates will change depending on the size or weight of the product.

    We offer free shipping for orders over ₱1,500.

    When will I receive my order?

    You'll receive it within 2-3 weeks. Customize products takes longer to fulfill than ready made items. Products are quality control tested at multiple stages to maximise consistency.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments will be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit and delivery.

    Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

      Yes. Almost all of our products are eligible for bulk discounts. 

      1. You're eligible for a discount if you order at least 25 pcs. of the same product.
      2. The % off depends on the product and the amount you order—the bigger the order, the greater the discount. Please email us at create@prints.ph to request a quote.

      I need my order now, can Prints Philippines speed up the delivery?

        We currently do not accept rush orders at the moment. But feel free to send us a message. In some cases this is possible if we are not experiencing high volume of orders.

        How can I track my order?

          You will be notified via email or text with your tracking number.

          We partner with these carriers to give you the best shipping experience:

          Philippines - LBC and JRS Express
          International - FedEx, DHL, USPS

          In unforeseen event, your package might delay due to unexpected reasons.

          Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped? 

            Unfortunately, we cannot stop the delivery of shipped orders.

            Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?

              We currently do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.

              Is there any customer support that’s always ready to help?

              What are your payment options?

              We accept Credit Card Payments via PayPal, Bank Deposit, GCash and Padala Center Payments.
